CrossWalk Junior High Ministry

“Denying Ourselves, Taking Up Our Crosses, and Following Christ In All We Do”

CrossWalk is the Jr. High Student Ministry here at Liberty Park Baptist Church. The name CrossWalk summarizes the purpose of our ministry found in Luke 9:23: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” Designed specifically for 6th through 8th graders, CrossWalk provides opportunities for students to journey the way of the cross as they seek to know Christ and make Him known. This journey leads students to experience life in all its fullness and abundance.

Join us as students throughout metro Birmingham come together to glorify our LORD through worship, fellowship, discipleship, service, and outreach. We identify these as our purposes so that we will continually glorify God, encourage one another, grow spiritually, minister to others, and share our faith. Be a part of what’s going on here in the Student Ministries of Liberty Park Baptist Church by experiencing our student worship times, bible studies, family groups, choir, mission projects, camps, retreats, fellowships, recreation, concerts, mission trips, and so much more.
