What to Expect

We would love for you to join us at The Church at Liberty Park!  This page will give you an idea of what to expect when you get here, as well as answer questions about directions, parking, and childcare.

Where is The Church at Liberty Park located?
The Church at Liberty Park meets at 12001 Liberty Parkway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35242.

Where do I park?
Parking is available in both the front and rear of the campus. The front parking lot provides access to our sanctuary and adult Bible study groups. The rear parking lot provides access to our preschool and children’s area. There are guest and handicapped parking spaces reserved in both lots.

When are Sunday services?
We have two worship services, at 9:00am and at 10:30am. There are adult Bible Study Groups that meet during both hours, so you will have options whichever service you choose to attend. Children and students follow the schedule pictured above. If you have any questions when you arrive, ask one of our friendly greeters! You are always welcome to call us, 205-969-1236 or email us at: contact@libertypark.org

What is worship like at The Church at Liberty Park?
Our services are mainly singing and preaching, but we also commission our mission teams, baptize new Christians, and share stories of what God is doing in the life of our church.

What should I wear?
Some people dress up, some people don’t. You’re welcome here however you’re comfortable.

Are there activities for my young children during the services?
Yes!  We have a wonderful and active children's ministry.

Will my children be safe while we are at the service?
Yes. Our leaders and children’s ministry volunteers are screened and trained in teaching children of all ages about Christ’s great love for them. They are dedicated to providing a safe and loving environment for your children to grow in the loving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

How do I become a member of TCLP?
There are a few ways you can join the church.

  • Trusting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and following him in believer’s baptism
  • Moving your membership from another church
  • Moving your membership from another evangelical church that practices believer’s baptism
  • Affirming your commitment to Jesus Christ and participating in believer’s baptism by immersion
