Birmingham Bible Reading Marathon

Sunday, May 1, 2016 - Thursday, May 5, 2016

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.

We are excited to kick off our sixth year of the Birmingham Bible Reading Marathon, an international, annual event where people, young and old, read the entire Bible (Genesis through Revelation) aloud for 90 continuous hours, without commentary.
Each volunteer will read aloud for 15 minutes and then pass the reading, like a baton, to the next person.  Approximately 360 volunteers are required to complete the reading of the entire Bible.

On the front steps of:
1016 19th Street South
Birmingham, Alabama 35205

Begins Sunday, May 1 at 6:00pm and continues around the clock through Thursday, May 5 (the National Day of Prayer) at 11:30am
Monitors will be onsite at all times.  In addition, security officers will be onsite between 10:00pm and 6:00am each night.

To honor God's Holy Word

Everyone is invited to read or listen.
