Sunday Night Bible Study Series - Sep. 7 and 21, Oct. 5 and 19, Nov. 2 and 16
We're mixing it up a bit this semester. We're spreading the study out over three months. The girls will meet at Kenneth and Cherry Jackson's house. Danielle Dubay and Sara Tarnakow will lead a study through the books of 1 and 2 Thessalonians called "Faithful One". The guys will be meeting at Rick and Kelli Heartsill's home. The guys will be led by Wesley and will dive into a study called "The Two Minute Drill to Manhood" by John Croyle. Each meeting will take place at 5pm and last until 630pm. Bring your friends and join in. It's going to be a great time of growing and learning together.
Youth Christmas Party - Dec. 19
We will have our annual Christmas get together on Friday, Dec. 19. Finals will be over and you will be free so join us for some food, friends, and festive celebration. More details will emerge in the coming weeks so stay tuned.
Passion Conference - Jan. 2-4 2015
Seniors in High School and college students will attend this tremendous event in Atlanta, GA. We will stay at the Omni Hotel attached to the CNN Center. Total cost for this event is $285 and includes all meals, lodging, and conference costs. The only costs not covered are lunch meals on travel days. A schedule for the event can be found here. $100 deposits are being received now through Wednesday, Dec. 31. On the 31st the balance of the trip is due. Gatlinburg Winter Retreat - Jan. 17-19 2015
It's time for our annual trek to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN area. Sign ups and deposits are being received now through Wednesday, Dec. 31. Deposits of $100 secure your spot on this trip. Total cost of this trip is $330. This includes all lodging, conference fees, and meals (with the exception of lunch on travel days). We will travel by charter bus to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and attend the Scott Dawson Evangelistic Association's Strength To Stand Conference. We will stay at the Inn at Christmas Place and venture into Gatlinburg during our free afternoon on Sunday. A schedule and trip rules/packing lists will be added shortly, so stay tuned.
