The Choir Wants You!

Steven Ray has BIG plans!  He's got a great selection of big, flag-waving, patriotic music planned for the Patriotic Worship Service Celebration on Sunday, June 23.  Extra voices are needed to give the choir that extra volume and "presence"!  Wouldn't you like to sing for just two Sundays in June?  If so, then come to two - just two - choir rehearsals on Wednesday, June 12 and June 19.  We start at 7:15pm in the sanctuary.  If you have a friend who likes to sing, bring them, too!

e3Partners Expedition in Birmingham – June 16-20, 2013

e3 Partners Ministry has planned an expedition to work in the neighborhoods of Birmingham to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to plant churches, and to minister to the medical needs of the community. The cost for this expedition is $265 per person and includes training, lunches, materials, outreach activities and transportation to work areas. Each person is responsible for their own lodging and some meals. Lunch will be provided on Monday thru Thursday. For more information or to sign up to participate, contact Anne Lucas at anne.lucas@e3partners.org or visit www.e3partners.org.

Prayer Opportunity

Are you willing to invest one hour every few weeks to deepen your relationship with God, intercede on behalf of our church family, and directly impact our weekly worship service? If so, please consider joining our Worship Service Prayer Team. Each Sunday morning, members of our Worship Service Prayer Team will meet in the Prayer Room during our morning services to ask for God’s intervention in the hearts and minds of those participating in worship. A prayer guide will be provided for those who serve in this ministry. We would like to see at least two people praying during each service, so please consider signing up with your spouse, your family, your friend, etc. If you have any questions or if you would like to sign up, please contact Nate French at 969-1236 or nate.french@libertypark.org. If you are signing up to serve, please include your name, address, phone number, and email address, so that we can send you information about the Prayer Team schedule.
